ABOUT
Hi, my name is Heleni Georgellis.
I am a Qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist with BA (Child & Family) Psychology.
I have been teaching in the fitness industry since the year 2000.
My speciality is weight-loss and probably why I was given the nickname "Little Leni".
After several years of experience and a collection of expertise in my field, it became clear to me that the fitness industry is continuously evolving and encompasses many aspects of wellness as opposed to one singular category.
Good Health includes Nutrition, Exercise as well as the Emotional state of one's mind and soul.

Qualifications
MY SUCCESS

2011 I started training with my first personal Trainer - Craig Leser. I lost 12 kg naturally without any supplements only good natural food.

2014 Regardless of age - where there is a will there's a way. Family unity and support is important for success. We work together as a team.

2012 -2014 As an IFBB Amature athlete I competed in Ladies Fitness. I held several titles and also featured in Beeld newspaper as well as Muscle Evolution Magazine.

2014 After having just qualified for the Arnold's Classic Body Building Competition to be held in South Africa in may 2015 the following year - I sadly had to forfeit my entry and spent another 5 years doing physio and rehabilitation after doctors told me I may never walk again.

2018 My greatest success is helping others follow in my footsteps. Collectively I have helped many athletes, NPL Ambassadors, Bootcamp and Ride Instructors. Willem Fourie has opened up his own Sports Technology Centre with my help and advice. I feel privillaged.

2014 While recovering from surgery in Rustenburg I met with "Reason". A 20 year old who had lost her leg in a forklift accident at work. We became best friends. Causing havoc for the nurses when we decided to do pull ups in the trees and race wheelchairs back to our hospital beds.

2018 Yes indeed you can be guaranteed to find me trying out crazy ways to improve my own fitness.

Tanya Schmidt The most beautiful woman I ever had the pleasure of knowing. We did our very first competition together in 2012 and Tanya also placed 3rd at Body Beautiful which was her second competition. Sadly we lost this lady in 2019 after a bitter struggle with Cansa. I mourn her loss everyday and will never forget the greatest lesson of all... Slow Down Look after yourself. I miss you my friend!

Superman! My best friend. This man has saved my life twice and he is honestly such an inspiration to have in my life. A shoulder to cry on, a motivator, but best of all he makes Bodybuilding Competitions Fun and exciting.

2014 - 2020 Charlene Strydom entered my Bootcamp class when I used to teach at Viva Hillfox. I encouraged her to do my class and she stayed. I helped her with an eating plan. 18 Months later she had lost 57 kg and thereafter another 10. A total of 69 kg and we remain friends till today.
