Hi, I'm Little Leni
Welcome, my name is Heleni Georgellis, I am a Qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist with BA (Child & Family) Psychology.
I have been teaching in the fitness industry since the year 2000.
My speciality is weight-loss and probably why I was given the nick name "Little Leni".
LLG stands for Little Leni Group.

After several years of experience and a collection of expertise in my field, it became clear to me that the fitness industry is continuously evolving and encompasses many aspects of wellness as opposed to one singular category.
Good Health includes Nutrition, Exercise as well as the Emotional state of one's mind and soul. I am a firm believer in:
"What the Mind Perceives, The Body Receives."
"True Happiness lies within yourself."

As a natural "Earth Child" born in September 1980, The Virgo in me found it very difficult to relate to machines and most people who know me would say I am "technologically challenged" or a "social media hermit" I agree with them.
In April 2020, the Coronavirus shattered d all means of human contact and thus the need to evolve once again lead me down an unfamiliar and terrifying path.
The discovery of website applications and tools to help people stay active and healthy throughout the lockdown period is the hows and whys I felt the need to extend my Little Leni brand.
The use of technology and social media networks are definitely the way forward.
I am very excited to see what tomorrow will bring.
